Milldam Public Affairs has appointed Loraine Lamsa, director of content development, to direct the white paper service. Prior to joining Milldam Public Affairs, Lamsa led technical publication teams and oversaw high-dollar government contracts as a senior manager for the Department of Defense. Lamsa earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Swarthmore College and a Master of Library Science degree from Simmons College.
