The second Open Compute Summit has been set for October 27 at Skylight West, 500 West 36thStreet, New York.

The even will begin at 9 a.m. and will feature a mix of technical workshops and open sessions. Each technical workshop will have a 30-minute segment to discuss how projects get initiated and sustained under the Open Compute Project. Additionally, running in parallel to the technical workshops there will be a series of Open Sessions which will be a combination of informative sessions educating people on how the OCP has enabled the eco-system to both adopt and contribute to the technology stack and how to think about design at scale.
