The program, which will take place December 10, 2010, from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the IBM Learning Center, 20 Old Post Road Armonk, NY, is titled, Examining the Financial Perspective on Data Center Efficiency and will feature Rich Lechner, executive vice president energy and environment for IBM.

An interactive panel discussion will be held on what the path forward for energy-efficient data centers should look like. This session will feature insights from a panel of subject matter experts and leading practitioners to provide a forum for learning about best practices and the key challenges in the future. Topic will include energy efficient technology and practices to extend the life of data center investments, measuring and managing energy usage of data centers, and how available incentive programs can improve your ROI for energy efficiency projects.
