Grubb & Ellis are offering a 40 to 90 acre Greenfield site in Harmony Technical Park, Fort Collins, CO. The site offers and expandable 40 plus MW and 4.4 cents per kWh. The electric supplier is City of Fort Collins – Utilities, and the project site is approximately one mile east of the Utility’s Harmony Substation (Stn.500). This substation currently has four power transformers with a total capacity of 225 MW, and is loop-fed by the 230 kV bulk transmission line owned by Platte River Power Authority. The primary distribution voltage is 13.2Y/7.62 KV 3Ø The ductbank connecting Harmony Substation to the corner of Ziegler Road and Harmony Road can accommodate up to an additional 170 MW of load. Providing two separate services from two different substation transformers is possible and the distribution network is 99% underground.
