Fike Enhances Its Corporate Website
"One of the main features we focused on for improving our site is the ability for architects and engineers to schedule a Lunch and Learn," said Barbara Sheehan, marketing communications manager. "The Lunch and Learn buttons are highlighted on the individual product pages. We wanted to reach out to not only our distributors and drive more business to them, but to our end customers as well that are interested in learning more about Fike products."
Specific enhancements to the interactive, easy-to-use representative locator allow end customers to search by a specific product line and then by country, state, or U.S. zip code to find a dealer in their area that sells Fike products.
"Fike decided to improve this area so that we offered a global approach to finding dealers that sell Fike products in their area of the world," Sheehan commented. "Once customers have narrowed what they're looking for, dealers in that area are displayed with their location information and how they can be contacted."
Furthermore, Fike reached out to mobile users and created an abbreviated site which can be accessed by visiting http://m.fike.com via their mobile device or smart phone. This site allows users to view upcoming events and news as well as locate a Fike representative in their area.
