Telx, an interconnection and colocation provider in 15 strategic North American markets, has announced that it will host the North American Network Operators' Group (NANOG) fall meeting, NANOG50, held in Atlanta, October 3-6, 2010. NANOG50 is a four-day educational event featuring leading-edge networking tutorials, presentations, and operator panel discussions as well as relationship-building opportunities between NANOG members. As host of the event, Telx helps plan networking sessions and is responsible for IPv4 andIPv6 Intern et connectivity for all attendees from its 56 Marietta location.

NANOG is an education and operational forum for the coordination and dissemination of technical information related to backbone/enterprise networking technologies and operational practices. NANOG meetings are held tri-annually and attract several hundred global Internet network operators, engineers and software and hardware vendors. NANOG50 is the organization's third meeting held in Atlanta, and marks the second time Telx has hosted the event. In addition, FiberLight, a leading provider of network infrastructure solutions and strategic network design services, will provide wireless point-to-point connectivity for NANOG attendees between Telx's 56 Marietta data center and the Loews Atlanta Hotel.
