White House To Release IT Guidelines

Nextgov.com is reporting that the White House is ready to announce changes to the way agencies buy about $80 billion in information technology annually.
The Office of Management and Budget will release the guidelines, which are a culmination "of four months of meetings with agency IT chiefs and a close examination of troubled technology investments," on November 19, 2010.
