Report: Verizon Considering Lake Ontario Property for Data Center

TheLockport Union-Sun & Journalis reporting that Verizon considering building a multi-million dollar data center next to the AES coal burning power plant on Lake Ontario in upstate New York.
The site, which has made the company’s short list of possible locations, must be approved by the Verizon board.
