Our March 9th webinar yielded one of those questions that highlights the need for better communication between facilities. Sometimes, we mistakenly attributed the lack of communication to rivalries, turf wars, or power struggles. More often, I believe, the expertise to handle questions that involve both sides of the equation may not exist on either side of the equation.
