Tripp Lite has released 16 new switched three-phase PDUs, giving IT managers the traditional ability to turn on, turn off, recycle or lock-out power to each individual receptacle, as well as providing power information at the receptacle level to monitor individual devices or group of devices. PDU power consumption per-phase or per-receptacle is visually displayed locally on the PDU and can be monitored remotely via built-in Ethernet interface. The units are designed to ensure reliable power distribution in three-phase applications from 5.7 to 12.6 kVA; support real-time individual outlet control to power up and power down network hardware remotely; deliver complete visibility of power consumption per device, per group of devices and per phase, locally or remotely; warn of potential overloads via user-defined alarms before problems occur, keeping users aware of load conditions; enable centralized management with Tripp Lite’s PowerAlert Network Management System; and adapt to PDU orientations served by overhead or raised floor power feeds, via rotating display which shows IP address locally.
