Multistack has carved a name out in the HVAC world with 20- to 70-ton rock-solid reliable modular water-cooled chillers featuring dual scroll compressors for increased redundancy. Through their modular design they have helped save installation and demolition costs, but a need for larger capacity arose from our customers. Responding to that request Multistack introduces the all-new MS165X tandem compressor, dual-circuit scroll chiller. With four compressors on one frame, Multistack can offer increased capacity in a relatively small footprint. Additionally, incorporating tandem compressors on each circuit provides four-steps of unloading per module on a common heat exchanger. This model will also be offered in 135- and 105-ton configurations.
