Motivair Corporation relocated to a new corporate headquarters in Amherst, NY. The new building provides expanded production, warehouse, engineering, sales, and service facilities for the Motivair range of products including free cooling chillers and chilled door rack cooling systems. The new building structure was designed to allow a further 50 percent expansion of the building on the same site with minimal disruption to ongoing operations in anticipation of continued growth in the specialty chiller and data processing markets.
