Ed Donelan, owner of Telecom Infrastructure Corp, an award-winning Information Transport Solutions (ITS) corporation, has been elected president of BICSI. Donelan has completed a leadership role as president-elect for two years and was inaugurated at the winter conference in Orlando on January 15th,  2008, for an additional 2-year term as president. BICSI, a worldwide organization founded in 1974, boasts over 17,000 members in more than 100 countries.
