TELADATA Announces Call for Presenters for 2011 Technology Convergence Conference

TELADATA, an IT consulting firm specializing in IT infrastructure design, data center efficiency planning, and project management, today announced its call for presenters for the 2011 Technology Convergence Conference.

“Over the last three years, we have designed the conference with an emphasis on end-user experience”

The full-day conference, to be held on February 23, 2011 at the Santa Clara Convention Center, will cover topics on Converging Technologies, Energy Efficiency Strategies, Solutions for Top Data Center Challenges, Cloud Computing and IT/ Facilities Strategic Planning.

The full day conference will be split into four tracks:
  • Energy Efficiency Strategies
  • Converging Technologies (Audio Visual and Networking)
  • Solutions for Today’s Data Centers
  • IT and Facility Strategic Planning
A full list of topics can be found at http://www.teladatatcc.com/index.html.

Anyone involved with the design or management of IT/facilities infrastructure – including CIOs, CTOs, building operators and facilities and data-center professionals - is encouraged to apply.

“The Technology Convergence Conference is a great venue to share your “wins,” issues and knowledge with your peers in the industry,” said Greg Bush, Senior Manager Real Estate and Facilities at Sybase Inc. “It’s also a great opportunity to cross the void between data facility operations and the land of IT.”

In order to be considered as a presenter, applicants must submit an outline of their proposed presentation by July 23, 2010. Additional information on the application process can be found at http://www.teladatatcc.com/presenter-app.html.

“Over the last three years, we have designed the conference with an emphasis on end-user experience,” said Bob Brown, CEO of TELADATA. “Given the range of technological challenges, we believe that the attendees will be better equipped if they hear end-user case studies, as well as have the opportunity to exchange information and best practices.”

Past participants have included industry experts from Adobe Systems, Cisco Systems, IBM, Intel, Microsoft, Oracle, Sybase and VMware.

The Technology Convergence Conference focuses on providing an environment where IT, Facilities, Telecommunications and other end-users can come together to exchange ideas and best practices. Expert speakers from today’s leading corporations will offer case studies that provide attendees with critical information and in-the-trenches tactics to deal with issues affecting their facilities and IT equipment.

In addition to presenters, the Technology Convergence Conference has space for a limited number of sponsors. Those interested in sponsorship opportunities should visit http://www.teladatatcc.com/call-for-sponsors.html.
