Sequris Group Selects Phoenix NAP for Colocation, Cites Data Center Security

Phoenix NAP has announced Sequris Group has chosen the Phoenix NAP facility to meet its hosting needs. In making the selection, Sequris Group cites the overall physical security features of the datacenter and the quality and redundancy of the facility’s power systems as significant contributing factors to the decision.

“As a security solutions provider we have a very clear understanding of how to address our information security requirements. Phoenix NAP provided a partnership and an environment that enabled us to implement our security architecture without compromise, a challenge many of their competitors were unable to meet. Our expertise in virtual security combined with their expertise in physical security gives us the confidence that our services platform is presented with the highest levels of availability and integrity,” said Shane Harsch, director of professional services, Sequris Group.

Other attributes of Phoenix NAP that Sequris Group identified as important to its decision include the scalable nature of the datacenter, and the access to multiple network carriers. Sequris Group is hosting its SEQ|OPS Security Platform in Phoenix NAP, bringing its virtual security offerings into a highly physically secure facility.

“We’re excited to support some of the IT infrastructure needs of Sequris Group. The security services they can offer are instrumental in helping businesses and entrepreneurs of all types maintain data integrity, and it’s great to welcome them into our facility,” said Ian McClarty, president of Phoenix NAP.

Phoenix NAP is a PCI DSS Validated Services Provider and a SAS 70 certified facility.
