Achieving PEER 1 Hosting’s highest channel level enables the two organizations to synergize on business and marketing plans to help ensure IBM Canada customers are successfully deploying PEER 1 Hosting solutions. Together, IBM Canada and PEER 1 Hosting will collaborate to offer enterprise customers a top tier data centre when selecting IBM managed service offerings, software and hardware.

IBM will be able to leverage all of PEER 1 Hosting’s Canadian data centres, particularly its new 40,000-sq-ft enterprise-class data centre in Toronto. This US$40 million flagship data centre is the most efficient data centre PEER 1 Hosting has built to date, with increased power densities, high reliability, and robust security. IBM Canada will be utilizing the colocation services of this data centre to offer the necessary space and power for select IBM Canada customers to store and protect their information.
