Digital Realty Trust Receives NAIOP 2010 Award Of Excellence For Its New Northern Virginia Data Center Facility

Digital Realty Trust, Inc., a global wholesale data center provider, has announced that it received the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) 2010 Award of Excellence from the Northern Virginia Chapter for its new data center facility at 43915 Devon Shafron Drive, located in Ashburn, VA. This 138,000-sq-ft achieved this prestigious award due to its unique technological design features, superior infrastructure, and best-in-class asset management services. The property was also recognized for achieving 100% lease-up prior to delivery.
