ByteGrid has announced the availability of a technology and product showcase within its Maryland colocation data center. The “Demo Room” will feature a Motivair ChilledDoor® Rack Cooling System, Schneider Electric server racks and other products. The products are all designed to provide the industry’s highest available rack density and highly-efficient solutions to ByteGrid’s customers.
“The idea behind this space is to provide clients with an opportunity to view first hand some of the leading data center solutions available to them as a client of ByteGrid. These are products we highly recommend to our clients based on performance, reliability and efficiency,” says Mike Clemson, VP of Critical Infrastructure at ByteGrid.
One of the products featured in ByteGrid’s new space is a Motivair ChilledDoor Rack Cooling System®. This active rear door heat exchanger technology, which removes 100% of the server heat at its source, provides a cooling capacity of up to 75kW per rack. Motivair’s "Demo Door" enables customers and prospects see firsthand how the system operates and how it seamlessly integrates to their rack of choice.

This arrangement between ByteGrid and the solution providers was arranged through Capitol Power Group, a manufacturers’ representative providing full life cycle critical infrastructure solutions, including Motivair and Schneider Electric.
