OneNeck® IT Solutions has announced they’ve been selected by SAIF Corporation for disaster recovery and colocation. As part of the three-year contract, SAIF will place their colocation equipment at OneNeck’s Tier III data center in Bend, OR.

As Oregon’s not-for-profit state-chartered worker’s compensation insurance company, SAIF has been caring for injured workers and helping to make workplaces safer since 1914. SAIF has employees in eight regional offices with responsibilities for covering the entire state of Oregon. Simply put, SAIF was in need of a new colocation partner who could also develop and deploy a disaster recovery solution, and selected OneNeck as their partner.

“We have really enjoyed partnering with OneNeck to host our colocation equipment in their facilities,” said Jerry Darcy, lead telecommunications engineer at SAIF. “They’ve been easy to work with, always accessible, and willing to go out of their way to assist us.”

“We appreciate the trust SAIF is putting into our company,” says Terry Swanson, SVP of Sales and Marketing at OneNeck. “We look forward to continuing to showcase our team’s IT expertise and building a successful partnership. This will enable SAIF the opportunity to turn their full attention to serving the state’s workers and making Oregon workplaces safer.”

This Uptime Institute certified Tier III compliant data center was built to meet the most stringent compliance audit qualifications. It is also LEED Gold certified and one of seven facilities to have earned the EPA’s Energy Star Certification. For businesses, it adds up to reliable and secure data storage options, whether they have one location or many.
