Colo Atl has announced that its owner and founder, Tim Kiser, will serve as panelist at the Greater Atlanta & Southeast Data Center Summit on November 29 in Atlanta, GA. The full-day conference at Georgia Aquarium features panel sessions focusing on state of the market, new development/site selection, investment, financing, connectivity innovations, and will draw in over 300 active and innovative data center developers, investors, capital sources, end-users, engineering firms, consultants and public sector executives. Kiser’s panel, “State of the Market: The Greater Atlanta Economy, Tenant Demand, Connectivity to National and Central American Markets,” takes place Nov. 29 from 10:00 to 10:50 am.

Kiser joins other panelists Jeff Burges, president & founder of DataSite; Butch Goldi, executive VP for QTS (East Region); and David Spiewak, managing principal for DJS Group LLC / Next Tier HD. Proposed key discussion points include: What are the key drivers in the Greater Atlanta and Southeast data center market? What has surprised you in the Greater Atlanta and Southeast market over the past three years? How do providers differentiate themselves in the marketplace? What specifically has won deals recently? What technology differences are you seeing today? What’s the leasing environment looking like in Atlanta right now versus the rest of the country? M&A: What is going on with the newest mergers and acquisitions, What space are you sitting on? What’s in the pipeline?
